You don't hire an agent of that magnitude to stay as a co offensive coordinator for long

He's not Co-OC now...

just because a person is a very good coordinator, does not mean that they will be a good HC.

...but he may run one day to get his money w SUCCESS or FAILURE.

Good for Brady. He should have an agent. Armstrong is a great one.

Not sure why you’re getting downvoted here Les, he absolutely should have one.

This is a life changing moment for Brady, and he has to maximize his value. Anyone would be foolish not to.

At this speed dude is HC somewhere in two years

You realize that you have to demonstrate ability to recruit to be a HC in CFB correct?

I think what Brady and Ensminger have done this year is remarkable.

But, to say Brady is ready to be a head coach now is stupid, IMO!

Brady has yet to be a full OC. He has yet to prove himself recruiting the right personnel and developing them.

He has yet to coach an offense without the one of a kind, Joe Burrow!

We have not seen this offensive production sustainable after player turnover and over a number of years.

Now, I think LSU should pay Brady to stay here and make him the OC as soon as he, Orgeron, and Ensminger are comfortable with the transition. If Brady can sustain the production over several more years, he will have a lot of deserved head coaching positions in college and some NFL OC positions available to him.

This is good news. Brady can focus on football and leave the other stuff to the experts.
