Naming Daniels the starter doesn’t mean we “mobility is more important than passing”. It means Daniels won the competition.

Something tells me you wouldn’t have this concern for Nuss, even though he is also a mobile QB….

Have you not paid any attention to all the reports which say that Daniels is the worse passer out of the 3 vying for the starting job and needs footwork improved??

Yeah I remember those reports….from spring

Every report since has noted his marked improvement in that area and overall improvement as a player which lead to him rising and taking the lead in the competition

Players develop. Idk if you knew that or not.

There are plenty of offenses that use mobile QBs who aren’t great passers who don’t have a “Les Miles offense”. Nick Marshall sucked as a passer, but Auburn’s offense was nothing like what Les trotted out on the field. It’s an extremely simplistic argument.

You want to compare Jefferson running an I-formation based offense to an uptempo-spread offense simply because both QBs are mobile?
