I bought two signed books from the 1920's (non LSU books)for $12. I traded the books for it. There are some of the same books on eBay & Amazon for $100+ each, but they have been there forever, no one buying them. I don't know what the books are worth. I look at it as I paid $12 for the jacket.

Cool jacket, but that tiger looks like he's taking a shite.

Pretty sure it is early 70's vintage.

That is much older than the 70's. My Grandfather played ball at LSU in 1939 and he had that same jacket that was given to me when he passed away. I'm not sure if it was given to him during his playing days or after but my father also played ball for the tigers finishing in 1969 and there are pics of my dad and grandfather with my grandfather wearing that jacket so it is definitely pre 1970. I will ask my dad today to see if he can put a better timetable on it.
Hope this helps

After changing its format to that of 'value-pricing', Rubenstein would announce the closure of its business in November 1979.
