Looking back now in light of everything that is happening with Kelly...

the timing of the hire, the way he quit his team with an early meeting then rolled out of town the way he did shows that Kelly is all about Kelly. OK, fine, but do what is necessary to win. Kelly is all about kelly and he will do it his way regardless of how much it hurts the team.

A coach leaving any program is rarely a smooth process. The calling for Kelly to be fired is so premature. Y’all need to get a grip. Him exceeding expectations last year really screwed with this fan base. This was never a natty winning team. Was it possible? Absolutely. But this has always been more of 9-3 team to me.
Now I’m not defending Kelly’s coaching Sunday. He was def out coached and team wasn’t prepared, no excuse for that. But sometimes game plans just fail. I don’t think Kelly is les 2.0. He has a proven track record everywhere he’s been. Give him the opportunity to correct his mistakes. If he doesn’t then yes he deserves more criticism but he’s not a stubborn old fool. You don’t get to his level of success in coaching by being stubborn and not willing to change.

LOL. I've got news for you, if you're ready to hear it. But you need to dispense with your child-like understanding of the world. Just let me know if you're ready to put down the fairy tales and have a conversation about how adults behave in a multi-million dollar business.
ETA: I bet you're one of those guys who still thinks that O loved and still loves LSU and would do anything for it.

The calling for Kelly to be fired is so premature.
Early "Warning Signs" were openly on display during the Florida State game though.
We've all been there and seen that before and know what dysfunction looks like on a football field.......

This Kelly hate is hilarious.
The people who were crying when we hired Kelly were mad we didnt hire Lincoln Riley.
Lincoln Riley then went on to get roasted by Tulane.

He has generational wealth, a had a cushy high 7 fugure job, and already had his dream lakehouse built a few hours from campus. You really think he came here just for the money?

Going to park here to watch all of your fellow idiots flock to your Skat Signal and jump off the bandwagon

We will see soon enough. If he insists on keeping 5 as starting QB, what will that mean? Why would he stay with him if he believes that LSU is one year away? Why not start Garrett to get him valuable experience? Why hide perkins from the opposing offense?
so far he is a B-, C grade coach.

When you quit a job, did you hang around the lobby until they made you leave?

Excellent point, I have been saying the same thing for a while. If we are a year away, start Nuss to gain experience for next year. I can guarantee that if Nuss is your starter, opposing teams defensive schemes will have to change to prevent the deep pass which should open up the run game.

They all do it, look at how Riley left OU.

$100 Million for this guy?
Should have paid Saban $250 Million and called it a day. Would have been worth seeing him get another title at LSU in his final 3 - 5 years coaching.
