Living in Alabama is testing my sanity!!

I have adopted a new battle cry for this week:
"WAR EAGLE"
Living amongst the most annoying, entitled fan base known to man has intensified my support of my tigers. They have all--to a man--informed me that they will be playing in the BCSNG game--done deal. SOME have even said they were not sure who they would be playing.
I am simply asking for prayers for my, and my family's, sanity--as well as for that of all the other Tiger fans living in Alabama.

The media and talking heads are doing a good job of pumping them up. If anyone should take away anything after last weekend with Okie State, OU, Clemson, and Oregon losing is that absolutely nothing is set in stone. I know LSU won't overlook Arky. Let Bama fans and the players overlook Auburn and hello upset! They'll get some consolation bowl and lose. The excuse will be, "We really didn't want to play this bowl. We wanted the national championship."

We win Friday and then I pull for Auburn. That will de-gumpify the SEC rant for at least a month.

I feel your pain, just heard the radio announcer say "with a win over Auburn, The Tide are virtually assured a spot in the NC". The next weeks are going to be extremely trying.

I am another Mobile Tiger.
It's like Night of The Living Dead around here . It has been so peaceful since Nov 05 about 11:00 PM - I had not heard one Roll Tide for a couple weeks.
Now, even though Alabama did nothing to earn #2 in BCS - the Bammers with their Roll Tides are coming out from under everywhere like roaches.

I, too, am suffering in Gumpland. Did you know LSU actually got "whipped" on November 5th? Gumps keep informing me that missed and blocked 45+ yd field goals don't count; the Reid interception that was confirmed by the replay booth was the worst ruling in the history of civilized man; and the 73 yd punt clearly hit the wire. Also, all of LSUs mistakes do count for some reason.

Before the game of the century they were saying no way will lsu play them in the super dome. Now that the shoe is on the other foot it's lsu has to win out to play them in super dome.. War damn eagle. Pawllllll
