The guy with a superbowl ring. Since you know so much football it should be easy. I mean youve talked to ADs and HC to gauge miles' reputation as a HC. Surely you can look at that list and get it.

Lets just stop. Youre not gonna convinve me that jist about anyone couldve done what miles did and im not convince you of anything. But hey next time you get in a discussion , you probably shouldnt say someone using facts is getting emotional. If i were truly emotional and some connection to miles in any way, id be starting threads about him. I wouldnt have wanted him fired after 2015. I would rank him as an elite coach.

He is talking about RP who was signed and cut numerous times from the Giants practice squad in 2011. Apparently, playing one game for LSU and being in/out of a practice squad is something for Les/RickDaddy to hang their hat on.

You need to stop using this as a barometer. Even the backup long snapper who never sees a sanp gets a ring if he just happens to be on the roster at the time.

Ha ha. Ive repeatedly said Miles and the qbs were one of the main reasons he was fired. All i said was that list wasnt terrible. Thats it.

When did I ever say that? Your emotions are clouding your mind again. You must have me mixed up with someone else.

Youre right. I mixed you up with someone else. I apologize.

When most non-retarded people think of an NFL player, they think of someone who plays in the game on a regular basis, not someone who rides the bench for months.
I cannot believe you are repeatedly defending this obtuse definition. You've got to be trolling everyone in this thread. It's the only explanation.

Let it go dude! Les did a great job for LSU and will never receive the credit he deserves. Your list just proves how great a coach he was because he won despite not having a 5-star qb. Give it a break!

So you are arguing that Saban had a mediocre tenure at LSU while building it from shite but Miles had a great one at OK St while building it from shite. You are also comparing Saban at LSU to Miles at LSU which are completely different scenarios

Holy shite. If you make a nfl roster youre a nfl player. Only a dumbass would disagree. Ask any nfl player if making a nfl roster means youre a nfl player. Its amazing that people like you think making a nfl roster isnt being a nfl player.

a lot has been said in this thread. some good. some bad. at the end of the day, i think we can all agree coach miles just needed more time to install his system though.

Are you trying to say that someone that might be a backup QB for a team that doesn't get a chance to play isn't considered an NFL player? That sounds dumb to me.

Look at Luke McCown for the Saints. He hasn't played a meaningful snap since October of 2015. He's been in the league somewhere around 13 seasons and according to your post, you don't consider him to be an NFL player. That sounds retarded.

I don't know who you're referring to, but if RP in your post is Ryan Perrilloux, you might want to research his career stats while he was in school. Perrilloux played in 17 games with 2 starts at LSU.

well, making an NFL practice squad does not equate to making a 53-man roster. Not at all.

Everyone knows you need 13 years to install a decent passing attack.
