I thought initially Hill should have been thrown off the team but I feel differently after watching the video. Suspend him 4-6 games.

So not the situations are not alike at all. Hill being a local star is the only reason anything after the white dudes elbow happened.

When I think of a bar fight, I think of 2 or more people in close proximity throwing hands at each other.
Not someone being a good distance behind another person and then proceeding to sneak up on and sucker punch them when the whole ordeal looked to be over.
