I was one of the biggest CEO haters when he got the job but he earned a couple of years of not having to hear shite after how awesome last season was.

So what is most likely a fluke year should give him 2 ears without criticism?

If this team goes 5-5 or worse this season, he should only get next year to win 10 games or be fired. He is Chizik 0.5 without the coaching ability on one side of the ball.
