At this point they should make it shorter by a foot and call it a monument

LSU Auburn games might be the closest of any two schools over the past 15 years

This is what I was thinking. Make something to commemorate the Tiger Bowl. I couldn't gave AF about The Boot with U Pig.

I don't know what it is about idiots on this board thinking EVERYTHING the LSU Football program achieves is somehow meant specifically for the people who post here.

This is not about you and has absolutely nothing to do with what you think about the trophy or what should be done with it.

Why don't you drive your dumbass over to LSU's campus and meet with the football team. Tell them you are going to take their trophy and throw it away. Then try to take their trophy. Take someone along to film it (tell them to hold the phone horizontally please - thanks) and let's see what happens.

That’s simply just not true. Arkansas could catch on fire and if North Louisiana had to pee real bad they could hold it.

Yeah, the 2 years I spent working in the Cotton Valley area told me otherwise, but that may just be localized tp the Minden area and north of I-20.

Still predominantly LSU but I guarantee the LSU guys like it when we skull drag R-Kansas.

Yeah, we consider anything West of Arcadia basically East Texas, and you know the Hogs and Texas are old SWC rivals. Maybe that’s where the Cotton Valley love was? I don’t know. Either way, there’s a lot of purple and gold in N LA.
Frick Arkansas and Geaux Tigers!

There surely is, that is true.

I think that and some familial connections that spread across the state line is the biggest thing. Combined with the proximity, in terms of recruiters/scouts trips not the kids themselves. probably bubble those athletes up to Arkansas.

And I should have mentioned this was in the 90s, prior to this golden era of LSU football. I keep forgetting how old I am
