wins are a team stat. do they mean nothing?

You can answer that with your previous statement of Tebow's stats. I'm out 5-0, thats all that matters first victory in GA in 30 years

Let's see, we are 5-0 with a 19 year old at QB.

JJ had 200+ yds passing and 60 rushing including a big 4th quarter 25 yd run, lead the team to 2 4th quarter TDs at Ga. and that to some equals an "absolutely horrible" day.

i know, but its still something that he should be doing at this point.

stepping up in the pocket isn't a hard thing..it should be pretty natural for someone that has been a QB for so long.

crisp drop backs....should be fine with that at this point...

needs to feel the rush and move

as essentially a fullback

I live above a Lawyer, that shite won't fly.........Tebow ran and threw effectively as a freshman........

JJ didn't even take a snap till he was thrown into the fire in game 11 of his True freshman year..........again I nominate you for Tool Academy.......

Comparing JJ to Tebow is ridiculous on so many accounts........JJ didn't get to play his JR of high school due to injury..........Tebow was a high school legend. His experience on the field was so far ahead of Jefferson's in comparasion it's laughable but if that's what makes you feel confident in this thread cool.........

People with common sense and rationale will see through it bro.

Wasn't the big complaint on the Rant that he took off too soon all the time?

I'm quite certain that Tennessee, Georgia, and even Florida st. is wishing they had someone like Jefferson on their team right now...

Hey maby not bench the buy but atleast at the VERY lease they should have #10 playing half the time just to see what he can do. I mean he could be 10 times better at throwing the ball than JJ. Jordan has really not done anything to show he has progressed as a QB. He pulled something out of his arse the last drive of the game I admit, but damn every other play was pathetic. If you dont agree your crazy, Im not trying to hate on the guy I just think we should have a back up ya know/ and Jerett LEE is not a backup he should not even be a option!!!!!

It is one of his flaws currently, he is still indecisive and not seeing the whole field but he hasn't played as much football as people think. His high school career was limited.........He is RAW, YOUNG, and learning........you can't deny this.

100% agree. He drops back and looks like a pro.. but once he's dropped all the way back he looks timid.

Amazing that no one can give this kid ANY credit.

But yes, Shep should definitely play more.

You have a short memory. Folks loudly called for benching Jamarcus Russell throughout his career at LSU. At one point Jordy said on a post-game show, in response to a caller, that the caller must be "smoking crack" to want to play Flynn over Russell. Jordy was right. The same can be said today.

Jefferson may not be a Heisman candidate this year, but he plays well and doesn't lose games.

I'd love to bitch slap your 1 sec titty eyed face sometimes.....

He played better as a 19 year old 6 game experience qb than any I've seen in 20 years.......

He took 6 sacks 4 of which he held the ball to long and also threw and INT on a ball he should have looked off in the red zone but when his team needed plays he made them and that fact can't be underminded you post-whoring bitch.

shall i bring up tebow's stats 6 games into his sophomore year?

I think Tebow had a better line to play behind.

ETA Did not Tebow have a more consistant running game going for him.

Why? Even Carl Dubois wrote that we all saw why he gets fewer plays, he's too thin. He got bounced around against Vandy, and again tonight.
