Miles is a good recruiter and it seems the players love him. I will give him credit for bringing in Chavis and Cameron. Most of the games he wins are because he has more talent. Miles is stubborn which is why he didn't put Jarret Lee in the NCCG.

No shite. But it hasn't happened and it won't for at least the next few years. Not sure what point you're trying to make. I'm not sure you know what point you're trying to make either. I'll never understand your disdain for Les, and I've given up on trying to understand it. I'll just sit back and enjoy what will be viewed as the golden age of LSU football.

I was chuckling while I typed it Gray....certainly not irritated. It amuses me how groupee jumps in with his stats...which are always the same...and then skedaddles.
We've been down this road before 06. We each know where the other stands. My only point way back when (which was directed at lsu granddad) was that CLMs nice guy persona.....which I believe is genuine...would not mean shite if he wasn't winning 10 games a year. We have all seen nice guys get shite canned before. And I agree with u in that it's not going to happen to Les anytime soon so long as he keeps recruiting well. That was my only point before others started going off the fricking deep end.

I dislike him for 2 reasons.
1. Threw his qb (JJ) under the bus after the Ole Miss blunder back in 2009. I'll never fully forgive that.
2. Too stubborn to use Michael Ford.

This is what you said 5 pages ago... And you're right, this is a BIG BUSINESS.. LSU is as popular now as it's ever been, they compete for championships almost every year and have top notch talent coming in every year... So from your own two standards, he meets and/or exceeds both of them (the business aspect and the family man aspect)...
So what's your beef with him??
Someone on here a few pages back noticed the correlation between your username and roll tide roll, and while I didn't think much of it back then, it honestly wouldn't surprise me if you were a bama fan

standard fare for y'all....if you have a beef with Les....then u must be a Bama fan. The name means something but its not germane to this conversation. Keep up meathead.....go back 5/6 posts...I already stated why im not ready to nominate les for sainthood just yet.
LSUGrrandad was implying that's it all about CLMs virtuous behavior and character and I called BS on that. The powers that be would never stand pat on les if he wasn't winning...period. If you believe they would, I've got some land I want to sell u in Colorado.

He is the most genuine bigtime college coach in America and it makes him unique. There's just something about Les.
And oh btw,he excels at what he's paid to do.

While people like you state this, you forget to point out we've been in the top 4 on forbes list for quite a few years under him. So in a business sense, he has brought LSU to heights its never seen.
