I trust O and Ponamsky to properly replace Dave Aranda with the Best Defensive Coordinator in the country if Aranda leaves. He has hired great coaches so far.

If he gets an offer to a decent P5 team he's crazy not to take unless his heart is just set on the NFL.
OTOH with his personality I can't imagine he loves recruiting, which is one of the biggest responsibilities if being a college HC.
