You need to learn how to respond to the correct person.

uh, no.
I’ll never understand how people can downvote a fact.
2+2=4. Downvote that too.

Should be 3 of 4 to be honest, however, getting that 3rd and 4th win will be a challenge as they face
Oklahoma State
Oklahoma
Texas
Texas Tech
TCU
Kansas State
Iowa State
Baylor
all teams more talented and better than Kansas currently
BC was more talented than them too.

BC is less talented than the teams listed as well

I wish nothing but the best for Coach Miles. Class act.

Les Miles will use his time at Kansas to audition for the Michigan job.

not out of the realm...
by now the few boosters that did not want him should be fed up enough to accept him.

It'd only make sense that he'd knock off Oklahoma for us this year.
LOL, that won't happen.

He'll take this team to a Conference Championship - just like Saban did with a 3-8 LSU team....
Now we'll see how he does when he's not riding coattails.
Roger that..

Les almost drove this program into the ground. We could have ended up like Tennessee or Arkansas
Les left us a far cry from where he started in 05.

Don't be a jack arse, he's also already won 2 games. People said he'd be lucky to get 1.
They might not win another game, but that's how bad that program was/is.
His loss was Coastal Carolina and had to come from behind in the last couple of minutes to beat Indiana State. (Division I Indiana State)

1st road win against a p5 team(20 point underdog) since 2008.
how much does it hurt your vag to know Miles' name is safely engraved on the lsu record books?

he inherited a program with 2 top 15 finishes since 1998.
if the program was so set why did the greatest cfb in history lose 3 games the year before?

Get em Rick. Don’t suffer too many of these fools.
Winningest coach in LSU football history.
Those are the facts.

there isnt a program in cfb that has so much disdain for their most accomplished coach.
isnt it amazing how Miles was the only thing holding lsu back until O was hired and then we immediately didnt have talent?

Happy that Les is happy but would bet my house he won't.
You can choose my avatar for a year if I’m wrong. You have to put a photo of Les as your avi if I’m right.
That offer is extended to all six posters who offered to bet me on this.
I respect yall’s opinions, but if Houston Dale Night Nutt could knock off Les Miles’ championship team, and if Lea could knock off Big Game Bob twice at OSU whole laying the groundwork that has allowed Gundy to be successful, Les can beat one of them in 4 tries at Kansas.
Hell, I wouldn’t be shocked if he’s .500 in those 4 games.
And if you look at the bottom seven of the SEC coaching landscape, if you don’t think Les would be a massive upgrade of any of them then I just don’t know what to tell you.
Dude presided over the ONLY LSU team in history to win 13 consecutive games. He won’t do that at Kansas, but he’ll have them in bowl games and will beat OU or Texas at least once in the next two years. Probably this year (with Pooka and Daylon Charlot being like their 3/4 best WR).
Had he not been fired because Auburn clock operators fricked us (we legitimately won that game), he’d have finished with the same record as O and would probably still be coach here.
I’m happy things played out the way they did, but to pretend he’s not an elite coach is just silly. He may not be good enough for LSU’s current standards, but would thrive at Arkansas and Tennessee relative to their expectations .
Dude won a championship and played for another. You really think that’s worse than Pruitt or Morris? GMAFB.
Be grateful for what he did for LSU. It was time to move on, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that he’s still a great coach.

Bee and Rick,
We are having a great season so far. It’s just amazing how we have a thread weekly on here that eventually bashes the man. He coached here and had some amazing games.
I was frustrated that he didn’t change his offense because I wanted him to still be the coach.
I have looked around and seen programs that were built for success who faltered in little as 3-4 years and fell off a cliff. Miles never let the program sink into the abyss.
I appreciate what he did. And you won’t see me in these threads throwing dirt on a man who led LSU during the golden years of LSU football.
God Bless Les Miles and God bless the United States of America.

That was the most comfortable comment I've heard him say since 2003, TBH.
