After the way that a-hole ran football into the damn grave basically you want him to do the same thing to the entire athletic department.....this is the total antithesis of having Skip be AD....he was able to bring some of his baseball success tactics and implement them for the department as a whole. Les would be able to bring his program destroying tactics and use them on the department as a whole.
