The bottom line is Jefferson should have been suspended the entire season so this shouldn't have mattered anyways.

For what exactly? And we'd be 9-1 right now.

That could be true jhornet, lets just hope the Miami thug curse does not befall LSU. Because it has a way of biting one in the rear, if these type things continue without putting a stop to it before it begins....time will tell.

There's is absolutely no doubt that we have the single most ridiculous fanbase in the country when it comes to eating our own. We're 10-0 for the first time in 50 years and just this week I've seen fans trash the QB that led the team to victory @ Bama and multiple posts calling Miles names like classless and an idiot. It's fricking embarrassing.

No we would be 8-2 or 7-3 right now if Jefferson started every game.

You're a good man...most on here would never dream of conceding a point.

No way to know that. If he managed to be the QB in the Bama win I'm leaning towards we'd still be undefeated.

That's the problem with some of your mindsets. This isn't just about football. Its about doing the right thing. Most programs would have booted them off the team if not for good for at least a season.

CLM has a good track record of disciplining his team. Before I get into details, quit frickin posting!

You're kidding yourself...
There's a difference between running a strict program and something totally unrealistic.

A college kid got in a bar fight, it happens!
It cost him 4 games of his senior year and his starting job...he paid a price.

Les is on top of these issues....Example: Ryan Perrilloux never got arrested but refused to straighten up. Les ran him off and basically cost the team a season. BUT, he did the right thing!

Careful with that logic there fren. You don't want to bring facts into this discussion with real fans. 20 points is all they want. Never mind the fact that with only 20 points we are far from undefeated.

What happened to all the people on the board ecstatic when we were scoring 40+ against ranked teams?
You might want to look at our defense and special teams play before you go giving all the Glory to Lee.

LOL some of you act as if Jefferson threw 4 touchdowns and dominated Alabama. Wake up! He does deserve props for not turning the ball over, but anything more than that is ridiculous. The offense was virtually worthless in that game (props to Bama's d) so stop acting like Jefferson really stepped up and did something big.

Its funny how both Lee and Bama's QB (who everyone was hyping up) each threw 2 interceptions, yet people only want to give Lee hell for his. Lee was damn near flawless in 8 games and Jefferson has never once in his career proven to be worth any of his hype.

bullshite. That game was just on Cox 4 a few weeks ago and at one point right before halftime Flynn was something ridiculous like 4-18 and got booed twice on 3 and outs. And btw, Jamrcus had a better record in '06 than Flynn had in '07.
