Every once in a while some Rantards will put some "I heard Leslie's having an affair" BS on here.

Fool. The number of games you win because of character is only exceeded by the number of games you lose because you don't have it. Of course you wouldn't know, having never played a down of football in your life.

Uh, yeah, it does. Of course, the number of wins because of it is only exceeded by the number of losses because you don't have it. You would not know that, obviously, having never played a down of football in your life.

Of course we all know that winning is the most important thing in life right? If you win football games and national championships everything else in life will be just perfect, right?

It does not work that way my friend. Life is about the journey and not the destination. HOW you get there is more important that hoisting a crystal ball.

Les, who by the way has the best winning percentage of any coach in LSU history, is a class act.

"You've never played FB I see"

Damn, I scrolled through the whole thread hoping to read Chazz's player bio. I'll be sure to check back later.

Character matters regardless if its a business deal or a football game. Nice read!

Players with character do. If you'd ever taken the field, you'd understand.

Good point. I am tired of all the losing seasons under Miles.

Please give that computer back to your mommy and never come here again.

This.

And great story. Hope Charlie is doing well. Les Miles continues to show how good of a person he is. I'm proud to have him as our coach and hope he stays for a long time.

Great story. I hope your cousin is going to fully recover. He is a young hero.

Les Miles is a damn strong person. LSU is lucky to have him.

For the love I hope you are not aiming this comment at me, I'm the one that first called out the idiot that made the character comment...

Character means alot of things and is comprised of different attributes, including courage, preseverance, trust, determination and so on. All of these things are can determine who wins in life and on the football field. Our players exhibit these qualities and win more often than not. I would say your quote is false.
