quote:Thank god! Thankfully, I don't believe even the captain of the idiot ship himself, Curley Hallman, was that dumb.
one of his best qualities is that he doesn't seem to care what 'know it all amateurs' in the fanbase think.

Were not Xavier dumbass. 8 Wins dont cut it.

I think he somewhat of a polarizing figure in the media and with other schools fanbases and even our own fanbase. He is anything but a typical modern day head coach. But on the other hand he is somewhat of a very typical old school type head coach. He seems so much like a normal guy as to appear unnormal. People are more use to Saban type robotics by the numbers coach speak than what Miles is going to give them. Miles is awesome IMO.

He can just hang out 4-5 years collect a ton of money and not really be expected to win anything. Pretty low stress for 4 mill a year. Win 8 games or more and your golden.
nevermind...guess i should've kept reading. You are f'n stupid

dude must be stupid Choctaw. He says "low stress". Being head football coach at LSU with our fan base has got to be anything but low stress. How he handles it as well as he does and seems to maintain his composure is really something special. He shows the kind of character you would want to lead you into battle.

I'm not a big fan, but I vowed not to say anything - at least for this year.

a process ends in a result....therefore, a process can not equal a result.

Les Brings fun to the game of football for his players and coaches.
Which is the opposite of you know who. I love watching that other team when you know who is coaching a game and everyone on you know who's side line is scared to death of you know who.

Love or Hate Les Miles but it is hard to argue that any team has been involved in more unbelievable moments in CFB over the last 5 yrs than LSU!!

peopleschamp, you sir, are a f***ing idiot for that comment. Tigers have played in the same conference with the Nat'l Champs 4/6 of Miles years at LSU. One of the other years he won the title. Please recognize Tigers have competed with and played the best in the land almost every year he has been here.

Lance in Kansas City, it is unkind to call out other posters in the manner you have called out peopleschamp. However, I completely agree that peopleschamp is making an idiotic statement. To think there is no urgency is to not understand the recent additions of key coaches and players.
