BS. Fournette carried that team offensively last year. Missed four games and still ran over 1000 yards. His vision and running are fine. Jags have a lot of injuries on that O line and have guys like Erik Flowers who got cut from Giants starting (Giants might have worst o line in the league). His issues are he has been injured a bit too much, and he needs a better attitude. Suspended last year and this year for infractions. He’s not Trent Richardson, he needs a wake up call and attitude adjustment apparently.

Too early to tell.
Fournette has some limitations with his vision etc. I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes productive again (assuming he can stay healthy) but I wouldn't be surprised if Chubb and Michel are better NFL backs either.
He also has some maturing to do.
