I agree with it. BUT he is SO arrogant that he seems to think he could do better. LOOK I bash Miles all the time but I would NEVER think I could do a better job than him. He has never said he could or couldn't. So what does that show ya.

I agree with your assessment of Chad Jones. He is slow, often out of position, and misses tackles with regularity. I think a position change to linebacker may help him.

you can relate it to 10 points. Julio scored with our beat defensive player injured. PP intercepted a ball and the call was obviously wrong. Our offense was non existent after injuries. Miles was not outcoached. The tigers were just fricking unlucky.

the thing about chad is he will make an AMAZING play, and then he'll make 3 horrible ones

the one play where he read the misdirection and tackled the back in the backfield was great

but if anybody saw chad jones jogging behind mccluster after the early run, you saw how he is not chad jones of 2007 (on the DMac run where he almost caught him)

random thought:
In the last two seasons, I have seen very few plays that I've commented, "wow, that's a really good job of coaching right there". It's mainly been, "great personal/athletic effort by ________"

that's one of my biggest problems

How is that???? They had a chance to put Bama away in the 1st half and failed. The scoring doesn't really matter. Ingram kept LSU 'S O off the field.

Does that change the fact he moved the ball down the field? No. He had like 83 rushing yard mid way through the third quarter. That is solid.

miles makes $4 million per year and thats CEO money but Miles acts like a Chairman of the Board. the CEO makes all strategic decisions and miles should have made the call on the 2 point conversion and once we had the ball on 32, he should have made all the calls at that point (3 straight runs up the middle). miles says he SUGGESTED a run. thats crazy. one way should that happen. its going to be a run or somebody is getting fired.

Wrong. LSU's O kept them themselves off the field. The game was even with us in the lead until the injuries. Whose is to say Chuck would not have had like a 125+ yards had he not gotten injured. The guy had over 80 half way through the 3rd quarter.

I agree with most of your assessments although I do have seemingly more faith in the defense then you do.

The game was even and we had two TD drives before all the injuries. We scored the play after Chuch got us to like the 8 or something if I remember.

it hasn't been that good this entire year

teams can run up the gut on us at will, and if they have a fast/shifty back, can run outside as well

also our secondary gives up big plays

at its best, basically our D let's teams drive and we shore up in the red zone. this wears down the D and we have to get lucky multiple times. eventually a talented offense will score in the red zone

Classic, an arkansas fan sticking up for Les.

I would be supporting Les to stay at LSU also if I were him.

They have given up some big plays this year but they have the been the sole reason we've stayed in games that we should have been destroyed in (with the way our O Line was playing..)

Damn near every game. It feels like we're in every game with smoke and mirrors. We're 3 and out SO much then we'll put together 1 decent drive.

agree 100%. Just because Chavis is an improvement over Malveto, who wouldn't be, does not mean he's gotten the most from our D. I hate his schemes.
