U do know that there have been Freshman that have played good before.
There have been a lot more who didn't play well, or just didn't play at all because they weren't ready.
The real question is will Lee be a good player down the road. Nothing you've said has addressed that issue at all.

ive seen plenty of guys make those throws, doesnt mean he going to be great someday
I didnt say he'd be defacto great just because he made those throws but he's got potential. There are far more examples of RSF playing badly than those playing anything close to good.
Compare him for example to Hatch's play. Hatch just doesn't have the tools to be much better than he already is. He can improve decision making but he is just limited by arm strength and isn't far from his plateau. JL is far from his plateau and can get there with time. It's unreasonable to expect consistent play from a 19 year old kid against mostly 21 and 22 year olds.

quote:No, he's throwing it right into the gut of a defender who is rushing across or towards the field in the direction of their own goal line, while the LSU team is mostly going the opposite way. The LSU team can't turn on a dime and switch directions, so the defender has a clear path and a full head of steam in the direction of his goaline, resulting in the TD.
a lot of whether an INT will actually get returned for a TD is just plain random

i don't think he will.. i just don't believe he has it...
IMO we are in trouble if we're counting on JL... now, I would like nothing more than to be proven wrong, and i will come on the rant and say i was wrong, but i just don't see it man.... zero progression from the Auburn game to now...
