I agree lee alone gives us a better chance to win than JJ alone. Though both are valuable assets that we will need.

Jefferson is one dimessional all he can do is run. He can not throw or read defenses.

He has made a few good throws this season

We're not really sure what he can do

I don't 100 percent agree with it, but JJ certainly hasn't expressed similar support for JL. It's been more like a competition to him than a dual effort to make the team better. I understand his want to become the starter, but to the media, you still need to tell people you will do whatever it takes and whatever the coach asks....not say shite like I will do whatever it takes to win my spot back...comes off very selfish. That's the only real problem I have with JJ...besides the pouting and general sense of lack of leadership.

Quotes provided by the players.

You never read where JJ feels good about the situation like JL does.

If so, YOU provide the links/proof otherwise. JJ NEVER has been the teammate to JL like JL has to him. But prove us wrong.

The kid is a good tiger regardless of how this thing ends. He has shown all of us how perseverance, hard work, preparation, and being a team player is worth something. I am happy for him and the success that he has achieved this year.

he didn't look comfortable dropping back last week but he doesn't get enough pass attempts to make any conclusive statements about his passing this year.

A true team player through and through. Lee and Jefferson working well together for the betterment of the team. Putting the team's goals ahead of their own. That's the way to do it.

I don't hate JJ but he hasn't carried himself the best this season and he hasn't shown certain leadership skills that JL has. He's a great talent and has lead us to some winning football...but he is certainly going to receive some criticism as any player should.

JJ would never say, "Lee is a better passer than I am so whatever it takes to win..."

JJ is a better runner than Lee... but he's not better than J.Randle or Shep for that matter.

But so much for some big QB controversy and JL 's fragile confidence.

I consider myself a member of "Team Lee", but I am no longer worried about his psyche. He is clearly part Honey Badger. He just doesn't give a ___ and will sling the ball as he pleases.

The burden of proof is on the original poster I quoted...Not on me.

I just asked "How would he know that"

So much speculation from people that have no evidence to prove their statements except "gut feelings"

I personally don't know either way and wouldn't make such a statement as if I did.

And again GFY

Man, Lee is a much better kid than I was at that age. I don't think I had that much class/grace especially with all the pressure.

How would telling a public lie help LSU win any games?

I guess we should all hate Spencer Ware for not saying Jakhari Gore is a better runner than he is.
