Thankfully for me, I woke up Tuesday morning cheerful and happy. Hell, I went to bed in a good mood. Having things in life other than football will do that to a person.

Wow, I don't know quite what to say. This might be the steamiest pile of horseshite I've read in quite a while on here.

Like somebody else said, which seminar did you just leave? Or did you just finish a business elective?

You forgot the most important leadership quality -proactive change management before something blows up in your face.

I've asked this question of several people on The Rant, no one has answered thus far. I'll ask you:

Were Miles' actions in the 4th quarter consistent with a coach that is trying to win a game? And not just any game, the BCSNCG.

I'm not a leader, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night...

I know that when a real leader makes a terrible baffling decision, they deal with the ramifications of it. Rather than let it become a public relations nightmare, they admit to the mistake, express their line of thought and how it was wrong, and definitively state their intention to never let such a thing happen again. This is done to restore confidence, as without confidence a leader is severely handicapped.

You are right, but CLM will talk and deal with it. Fortunately, things in life can be much worse than this football season was for LSU.

I think miles is a very good leader. If LSU wins monday 9-6 again, everyone is calling him the greatest coach in College Football History. People keep forgetting that because they are butthurt.

Leaders learn more from failure than from success - Success breeds apathy and the tendency to rest on your laurels. Failure causes leaders to re-evaluate and examine their efforts so that mistakes are corrected. Everyone wants to win all the time, but failure is an important part of the process of success.

Please give Nick Saban a call and mention this to him. There's a very good chance that he'll FedEx the trophy to Baton Rouge so it will be here by the weekend.
