Do we legitimately have the best LB tandem in Devin and Jacob in the country? Devin is consensus #1, but Jacob is balling and would start on any team...I say Yes!!!
What’s your opinion?

These guys are good. My opinion to you is that you should never say anything ever positive about Louisiana State University on this site or you will get crushed.

add in Divinity too. dude has been very impressive

No, Phillips is good but had some trouble with gap assignments. Go watch some of the touchdown runs. Phillips got sucked inside too often.

I think the stuff with Phillips missing assignment yesterday in the 2nd QT was just inexperienced play. The dude will be our Devin White next year after Devin White is gone. I definitely believe we have the best LB group in the country, with Divinity and Anthony on the outsides wooooooo I’m getting pumped just thinking about it!!!!!!!!

Phillips is pretty good, but doesn't have 1st round speed like White does.

Plus I believe Orgeron said that Thornton got hurt early in the Auburn game - in essence, putting us without our two starting OLBs for that game (Chaisson and Thornton). But I agree that the two backups (Divinity and Anthony) looked really good.

Thank god for Dave Aranda

Divinity is a starter. He's not a backup.

Divinity had some doubters coming into this season. I hope he’s erased them

He actually made they play off the game outside of Cole Tracy. If he doesn’t bat that pass down, the Aub Wr is wide open and running free for a Td or first down, which would have basically crushed any chance at a game winning fg. Was he perfect? No, but he made some very clutch plays.

Don’t forget Baskerville and Queen. They are two stars in the making. Bakersville flashes when he’s on the field. I may like him a lil more than Phillips.

I seriously think we have the best LB group in the nation. Andre Anthony has impressed me most so far based upon expectations. He’s been an animal. Throw in Devin White the best LB in the nation, plus Philips, Divinity, shoot queen has made some good plays, and oh yeah Chassion our best Pass Rusher is injured.

Divinity starts at the Field backer position, while the other three play the Bench. According to the depth chart, at least.

Losing chaisson fricking HURT. We're stacked but frick imagine if we had him

I have always liked Queen as a RB

Baskerville is gonna be a great one.
