No dude I wasn't saying you were spinning I meant ppl saying our offense was putrid were spinning the fact that it might have been straight forward and somewhat predictable into it being putrid

If I'm being honest, I read the 1st sentence and replied. I then went back and finished reading. I was like," hey dumbass(me), maybe next time read the entire post before replying". My bad.

In my opinion even though it was archaic if wedve recruited the right types of qbs it still could've worked. The real problem was us getting duel threat qbs to run pro style offenses.

Agreed. One of miles' biggest flaws was projecting the ability of spread qbs to run his prostyle scheme.
Also, 2008 ruined Miles except when he totally trusted his qbs. He refused to let qbs throw over the middle.

Just seemed like he went after the most decorated or highly ranked guy and didn't care what style of qb they were. I think he believed Cam could mold them to fit the system. And just by things he would say it really seemed like he didn't care much for throwing the ball period.

God, you mean O is going to win more football games than any other SEC school in his time here and take LSU to two NCGs? I will take that shite right now and never look back.

See, I have yet to see where O has done ANYTHING in his coaching career to indicate he can hold Les' jock in results, but now I feel much better knowing he will be the next Les.

It is. He is one of those football ignorant posters that thinks their opinion outweighs facts.

Who knew firing Miles would make 6 1st downs against bama fun.
Who knew losing at home to a 14 point underdog that was missing tons of defensive starters would be fun as long as miles wasnt the coach.

Since this stupid arse thread is at six pages, I'm going to go ahead and assume that pages 5 and 6 are full of my buddy rick arguing relentlessly about les miles and his time here at LSU

In all fairness, there are those of us who wanted Miles replaced who fear that with the hiring of The Orgeron, we have traded for a LESS qualified, less capable Head Coach.

You would be correct.... he bashes O for the Bama and FLA games but yet won't talk about how great the offense looked in the other games... and yet will still not say that the Ole Miss loss in 2013 when they had a ton of defensive starters out was a horrible loss....

If you believe this....you're the dumbest person to ever post on the Rant...even surpassing Gray and Groupee.

He cant be as bad as the last few years under the former regime....where we witnessed a boring, mundane, predictable, archaic, and downright painful brand of football to experience.

You can't tout O for those and then not give him blame for the bad ones. It's amazing how now that Miles is gone beating shite defenses is great. You just called 2015 offense putrid for not doing well against Arky and Bama but yet give O a pass for doing the same thing in 2016. It just further proves you hated miles and held him to standards you don't hold other lsu coaches too.

For the last 5 years the offense dping well against shite defenses were meaningless yet now they are meaningful.

What? We can't do worse than 4 10 win seasons in the last 5 full years under miles? Miles was justly fired but you act like we were having losing seasons.
Youre lying to yourself if you think we can't do worse than 8-5 as the worst season in the last 5 years.
Are you familiar with the last time ed Orgeron was in charge of a program?

This is my only response to you.....I'm not going to sit and argue about that dumbass you love anymore. You've said many times you'd stop posting all this BS, but like a broken record, you cant.
I didnt even mention his name in my post. If you think Les Miles' offensive brand of football was anything other than what I described, I dont know what to tell u.
