After the Vanderbilt game I wrote a letter and mailed it to the Sports admin building, taking in to account I mailed it from NJ, time for processing I would assume this landed on his desk Thursday or Friday afternoon.
With the contents of the letter fresh in Wooward’s mind I can’t help but think my letter was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Here is my letter to Woodward:

Dear Mr. Woodward,
I’m writing to you as a lifelong LSU supporter who watched the Vanderbilt game with deep frustration and disappointment. What I witnessed on that field did not reflect the standards, pride, or tradition that LSU football has built over generations.
From preparation to execution, the product was simply not acceptable. It’s clear that something fundamental is broken, and whether it’s leadership, accountability, or the hunger to compete at the level LSU demands and deserves. As a fan who has stood by this program through highs and lows, I can’t sit quietly while mediocrity takes root.
Please know that this message comes not from anger alone, but from passion much like the same passion shared by countless fans who want to see LSU restored to excellence. Tough decisions may be necessary, but that’s what leadership is about.
Respectfully,
NJ El Tigre
LSU Fan & Supporter
