Winning 2/3 is a big difference

True
But unfortunately FL is a better team right now by a wide margin

If Milazzo pull his head out of his arse last night we win 2/3.

That means it’s not a wide margin.

We let it slip away with a couple crucial mistakes. We came VERY close to taking the series.

But he didn’t and we didn’t. FL showed grit last night and blew the doors off today

The results and the sense one gets from both teams suggests we’re at 2 different places early in Sec play.

You see what you want to see.

You want to attribute our frick up to some immeasurable quality that Florida has.

They were the beneficiaries of a shite play by one of our players. That’s not grit. That’s simply being there.

I saw our guys wilt in a close one at home, and their guys didn’t on the road.

Grit or no, I’ll take a little more resolve up in Fayetteville

in baseball, good teams lose. try to take a broader view. the goal is to be strong going into the postseason. you don't have to win every SEC series. especially not against the team that was in the final Last year and didn't lose the number 1 and 2 overall picks.

But I’ll admit I’m being a bit of a prisoner of the moment, disheartened by the 28-11 hit margin the last 2 Sundays

We were the better team for a game and a half, they were the better team for a game and a half.

If jay doesn’t call the shift last night nobody would GAF about being blown out today

You get the feeling a lot of series might be Holman-2

Ben McDonald disagrees with your assessment. He said, “Milazzo did about all he could do there.” If you know anything about catching fundamentals(I learned a lot from Brad Cresse personally during instruction) then you would know Milazzo blocked a 59’ curveball about as well as you can.
