Burrow ain't scared of nuttin.

Learn from the Burrow family. If someone breaks an important promise to you, walk away ASAP. Things worked out just fine for Joe Burrow, BTW. Amirite?

Mettenburger was decent but not great. He also had two of the greatest wide receivers in LSU history.

think Burrow is better than he's given credit for, but two of the three games were against terrible teams. Arkansas is awful and Rice might as well be a high school team.

still our WR dropped about 8 dimes

If this were an individual sport, you'd have a great point. But QB's stats are heavily dependent on:
1) The WR's experience and skill-sets
2) The O-Lines ability to protect
3) The OC's ability to scheme and call a passing offense
4) The difficulty of the teams they play
5) The length of time the QB/WRs/O-Line have had to gel

Haskins has a distinct advantage in every one of those critical categories.

Hey! Stats for a full season have no business being in a discussion when trying to prop up one player over another one!

You only use 3 games, duh! And then you back track when your whole argument falls apart based on stats.

More nonsense. I use the last three games because that gives Burrow some chance at catching up to the overwhelming head-start Haskins has.

Haskins has a clear advantage in WR skill, OC capability, and O-Line protection that cannot be overcome this season. Next season, will likely be a different story. Yet still, Burrow is catching up significantly over the last several games.

If that is what you are getting at.

"Burrows stats would be better if every single player around him, including the OC, didn't suck."

We know that's what you mean, because you have started about 50 threads saying it. And while that is true, to an extent, we don't need to hear it again.

Nobody on this board is mad we got Burrow, and nobody thinks it sucks. Stop trying to prop up your son/cousin/brother to us.

Let it rest. Haskins will be a first or second round pick. Burrow is probably an UFA.
Btw Stud is Haskins OL coach.

Haskins should look good against the 2018 schedule. So far, only 2 opponents with a winning record - Penn State (8-3) Mich State (6-5)

The rest of the teams played have a combined record of 33-55

Burrow will be the 1st pick in the draft when he comes out!!!

OP has been making these type threads since Joe trasnferred.
Then he disappeared when Joe went 8 games without a TD.
Joe hasnt made any mistakes since he came here

Biggest differences between Haskins and Burrow:

1) Haskins has A+ WR's. Burrow has C- WR's
2) Haskins has an A+ pass game OC. Burrow has a C- pass game OC
