Kelly's were on Monday.
I only questioned today because Hanny said on his show last week that it would be Tuesday this week....and on the radio broadcast of the game Chris Blair said it would be Tuesday this week

Then why are only "U.S.L." and "N.L.U." called "University of Louisiana at?"
All the other Louisiana "JC's" have their own separate and distinct names, which makes no sense at all
Shouldn't it be the "University of Louisiana at Natchitoches" instead of some off the wall BS like "Northwestern State?"
In reality, they should ALL be JC's, outside of LSU, Tulane, La.Tech, Southern and Grambling.

No, you are right. They skipped Labor Day.
I just listened to Hanny's show from today on demand and he said Kiffin decided yesterday to move it. Hanny said that Kiffin invoked the little-known rule that says if you beat a P-4 school by 40 or more points in your first game, you get to move the press conference to Monday

Back in the day, all schools under the UL system were given the choice to either keep their name or go to "UL at___." McNeese, Nichols, Northwestern, Southeastern and LaTech chose to honor their traditions.

It's cool that Kiffin's vision for LSU is to combine the discipline and toughness of Nick Saban's teams with the swagger and looseness of Pete Carroll's teams. I think that's what every fan here actually wants.
