I enjoy the irony in this thread.

Lots of people resorting to curse words, anger and just overall pissyness because they're upset that an 18 year old kid is "immature."

Stay non-self-aware fellas.

you must not have ever played sports?

La'el should have told his coach, his mom, his bff, or a teammate.

not air dirty laundry on a public internet forum.

charles is right, the coaches have been made aware.

He has an obigation to keep it in their house and not create dissention.

Stopping his feet like a child in a public forum aint cool......

I can guarantee you he will be counseled for this.

I told you all this kid would not be ready.

I wouldn't want any player getting a scholarship who was satisfied sitting the bench. If you are happy being a bench warmer find another school to play for. I want guys who will battle their butt off to play. I want guys who won't settle for mediocrity.

No one is telling him to be happy on the bench, just saying to channel that frustration more productively.

Absolutely. You don't want kids to give up though. And make sure they disable Twitter.

Lol. LSU is number 1, with alot of credit to the Oline. This kid should be happy they arent burning his RS for garbage time. He may need the eligibility.

Anyone know what's going on with La'El?

You gotta understand that La'el was considering Auburn. So he probably saw that he could have been on the field for them.

He just lacks some perspective right now. No big deal. He'll be starting next year either at tackle or guard.

I had no idea he played already. Unless the coaches promised a starting position...sounds like they kept their promise.

You'd rather get the shite beat out of you 45-10 and play then play sparingly for the #1 team in the nation and be on the team winning 45-10? Wow...

if he wants to leave, he can. But you try your best to keep the best OL LSU has ever recruited at the school. Especially one that is rather young for his grade.

What happened to Les Miles the "father figure" everyone talks about??

I just found out the reason why he tweeted what he tweeted. It has nothing to do with the team or playing time. It because Motiff, the made scientist, is experimenting with a new style of o-linemen. Collins is one of them.

Business as usual!

Bring him in on goal-line situations as the 3rd TE. Could need that against Bama.

Has anyone stated otherwise?

The problem here is that players should never throw this stuff out to 7 billion people on the web.
