I had faith that I'd get to travel to Rhode Island with the band last year and Penn State ruined that awesome trip. I just have a feeling they'll do it again, so I'm not getting my hopes up. Spokane would be phenomenal.

I was excited to see us get a six seed. I really anticipated we'd get a seven........or maybe even an eight. But I was equally disappointed to see us matched up against Penn State again. We didn't matchup well with them last year because of their ability to put up a lot of points. They weren't that great defensively though. This season we're better offensive but, not as good defensively. They are a better team than they were last season, while we're probably right around the same............with a much shorter bench. It's gonna be a tough matchup, assuming we can get by UWGB.

I'm a-hopin' we'll go to Spokane, but I really doubt it. This team simply does not shoot well. Seeing the Lady Tigers shoot so poorly for 3 halfs in a row in the SEC tournament gives me very little confidence that they can get beyond the PMAC.

Well, if you think this team doesn't shoot well it's a good thing you didn't see last year's team. This team has a lot more scorers on it than last year. Those two games in the SEC tournament were just bad games. With two weeks to prepare and playing at home, I expect the Lady Tigers to get back to the form they were playing with the three weeks prior to the SEC tourney.
