Sounds like the "Kid" has a few lessons to learn.
You don't start criticizing the quarterback, prior to your first game, if you want catchable passes thrown your way. He is dependent on the QB for his recognition and success. When there is a "Boutte" on the team, Lacy will be begging for passes to be thrown to him.
I was impressed with his story about his struggles and success in overcoming. But it's his "story". If he doesn't live up to his hype, the fans who are cheering him on will turn on him in a minute.

It's ridiculous to read what I wrote and walk away with that interpretation.
It was all in timing with Mulkey. I've known Kim just about my entire life. Prior to his interview, I would have said she was going to retire at Baylor.
His interview was on the spot perfect timing - Baylor was crawfishing on some things that probably made her feel unappreciated for what she has done. Towards the end of the interview, I was thinking this is possible.
Would Woody have gotten her anyway? Hell I dont know. Jordy just made it known for Woody that the timing is NOW. 7 days after his Friday interview, it was pretty much a done deal. 10 days after the interview Woody introduced her as LSU's new head coach at the PMAC.
YES. Jordy opened the door for LSU with the interview.
