I would rank Boise number two. They have the best shot at going undefeated of any team in the nation. An undefeated, possibly once defeated SEC champ will jump them anyway at the final poll.
I'm not disputing this....just think it is sad. I mean they play one hell of a joke of a schedule. They do get Va. Tech, which usually gets skull fricked by an SEC team to open the year. I mean, they were 84-4 over the last 7 years beating sorry conference foes...they were below .500 when they played bcs teams.....it is a joke they are up there that high...I don't care WHAT their chances of going undefeated are. The media has made so much out of the little dog.....alabama really screwed it for this....coming out not giving a shite vs. utah. We would no longer have this debate if not for Utah...after Georgia beat the *&^% out of havaii, and florida handed it to cinnci last year.

We only beat them by 10 2 years ago and I think THEY have improved more than LSU!!!!
Based on what? IMO, last year was their opportunity if there ever was one. BTW in 2008, LSU was up 34-17 when Miss St. finally scored again to close the gap with 4:54 left in the game. I don't believe there was a real threat in 2008. With the score 34-24 we were simply running out the clock with the last 2:34 left to play.

Without a playoff it is the system we are dealt. Anyone worth their salt would put BSU in the top two or three. Again, they stand the best shot at going undefeated.

Its not really ridiculous to think Miss St. could beat us. They should have beat us last year and they will be better.
Not sure they will be better. They lost the guy who was cleary their best player.

so this nut thinks we will be 5-0...but possibly finish 6-6 and at best 7-5.
Don't misquote me. I never said 7-5 "at best". At best, we could win 9 or even 10 games. 7-5 is my PREDICTION, not the best case scenario. And I've always said 6-6 (or worse) is less likely than 7-5 or better.

Anyone who knows ANYTHING about football knows that boise is not even close to a top 2 or 3 program...not even close. They have recruiting classes consistently in the 30's and 40's....don't fool yourself into thinking they have some magic formula to make all these two stars 5 star performers...look how many they get into the nfl. Their gaudy record is a product of them being a "FAIR" team playing in a ridiculous conference. It would be equivalent to Ole Miss going to their conference....Ole Miss would be the Shiiiittt. It is a joke they are ranked there, because it is not based upon how good the team actually is, but it is totally based upon the fact they play such a ridiculous schedule so therefore they have a good shot at going undefeated...think about it...they play TWO games that they can possibly lose....Va. Tech on a neutral field...and Oregon State at Home...period...they CANNOT lose any of their other games. If you think that alone justifies them being number 2 or 3 so be it. If you think they would come to the SEC and have even close to the success they are having...well......i'll leave that one alone.

You CAN'T have a range from 6 to 10 games as your PREDICTION. You predict 7-5...that is what you think of them. Don't come jumping on the bandwagon when they are 10-2 or 11-1 and you have been (as usual) way wrong. Indicentally, how did that big prediction that time work out about them going what was it 3-9 or 4-8...after that loss. You are the classic bandwagon fan...period...and an ignorant one...

I wonder what the percentage of college football teams in the last few decades is that lost more than half their starters from the previous year and actually improved their record from the previous year, or even kept it the same. I'd bet it's less than 10%. In the SEC, I'd bet it's closer to 1%
seriously? 1%?
This is why nobody takes you seriously.
