Probably not if I had to guess. If Cockburn made it on the team him and Reid would be fighting for playing time and I'm sure Wade likely promised Efton an f' ton of playing time.

I doubt if Wade would make a run at Cockburn.
With Reid and other newcomers plus O’Neal returning, It certainly looks like the team’s interior defense and rebounding will be much stronger than last season.
Plenty of schools will be interested in Cockburn anyway.
