Kentucky game parking question / tailgating.

For the 7:00 P.M. Northwestern game the cashiers taking up parking fees started at 4:30 A.M.. Since Kentucky is a much earlier game (11:00 A.M.), what time are the parking attendants collecting money? Is it 4:30 A.M. or earlier? Would it be OK to start tailgating very early like 3:00 or 4:00 A.M. or even earlier? Thanks.
