First off, I love this player. Hes a rare SEC safety/corner and can learn from 2 of the best and Greedy last year. His upside is huge and we need these types to keep the DBU real.

Problem for Kelvin is this: new rule states once a player enters the portal, even if he withdraws his name, the school is no longer obligated to honor his scholarship.
I’m sure O wants him to stay, but he better not screw up or he’s cut loose without repercussions.

At this point, he has a scholarship for the 2019/20 school year. It can be pulled once they enter the portal, whether they withdraw their name or not if I understand the rule correctly. It just recently changed.
