It’s been a repeating pattern. One worthless staff after another. You would think a guy who’s been in the game this long would know who the good people are and would make every attempt to get them here.This whole offensive staff needs to go. Kelly’s gonna wait till the end of the season before he cleans house. Of course LSU will be 8 to 4 or 7-5 by the time that happens.. He will do whatever he wants. It becoming painfully obvious the guy is here for a retirement package more than anything else.

When you are 63 years old, kind of hard to have coaching fire in the belly. It is the norm now to pay these coaches exorbitant salaries and face huge buyouts when they underperform. Need a salary cap on coaches

Head coach is nothing more than the CEO of the corporation. It is the assistants that are in the trenches day to day and that is where the coaching occurs. Unfortunately a coach can't fix stupid, or coach speed, and innate God given talent and skill is just that. Also with NIL some players inevitably are just mailing it in for a paycheck. Consistent winning requires hard work and practice. Now in the SEC teams are all approaching point where they are all competitive. NIL changed the landscape in college football.
