Think it will be a good game but they aren't near as good as you're making it seem.

If we get off to a fast start, offensively, it could be an early evening.

Auburn, and to a lesser degree MSU, are the only teams on whom we've had any struggle to score. Frankly, you can throw Auburn out as an anomaly, IMHO.

So, the question is - can UGA score 28 to 35 on our defense? I don't think so and this game isn't any more complicated than that. 38 - 20 or thereabouts is what this game feels like going in. UGA's defense is unquestionably elite and if they play lights out, could make it much more interesting, of course, but UGA's offense is not up to this particular challenge, again IMHO.

ETA: Whereas - in the playoffs, tOSU and Clemson do appear to have the ability to score a lot. Those games should be much closer than the SEC-CG.

LSU obv has been getting alot of hell about their defense but really only time they have really failed is when games were getting out of hand...besides the FL game (fl played out of their mind). I think this is a advantage heading into the playoffs when the defense has time to prepare and teams underestimate the defense. LSU will have better athletes of the 4 teams in the playoffs.
