Anyone calling for the suspension of any football player right now should never be entrusted with any position of authority.

FWIW, the two sources I've heard from both stated this.

Rosetta reported the same thing yesterday from people within the LSU program.

what seems to be socially acceptable is to suspend them for a game to be named later.
tressel even put it off till the next year.
ncaa was ok w/ that.

so suspend 10 for the northwestern game and the rest for the western ky game.

Nah. The opening kickoff is a play. That's the play JJ and Landry will be held out. They need to understand their actions have consequences.

I personally don't think it's inappropriate for his to sit a series and scowl at the gatoraid like he did last year when Lee was bailing us out of a couple of SEC games.

I recall Lee only throwing for 1td in those sec games, but correct me if im wrong.

Lee threw 2 TD passes last year, both against Florida.

If you knew what really happened and that your started wasn't in trouble, would you tip your hand so that Oregon knew who to prepare for ?

Preparing for a running QB is much different than a non-running QB. Think about it people.

Ok so he scored 12 out of 72 we socred in the 3 sec games everyone refers to.

Lee didnt have a good game at mcnese either. But we only focus on JJ.

5/8, 9/14
our coaches are holding them back.

Depends on what are considered facts.

Are reports rendered by police "facts?" In my cases, I argue absolutely not.

Are accounts from witnesses not yet given to police or not yet made public "facts?"

We can play this game all day.

I could argue to you that there are basically no facts in this case at all, yet.

This must be it.

Miles named JJ the starter, knowing that he would get into trouble and be in limbo for the game, therefore hoping Oregon assumes Lee will start. Now, the element of surprise is in play. And they won't know what hit them when JJ takes the field.
