I don't see how this is legal for a football game, but not at concerts. I had someone stop me to make sure I wasn't making a profit on some concert tickets once.

I had front row tickets to the BCSNC game, and could have gotten a few more. There was no way I would screw someone when face value was $350. People that have those tickets generally have connections to the Sugar bowl committee. It is understood that if tickets are offered by committee members, those tickets are not to be sold at a profit. I think committee members should be more selective as to who they offer tickets to.
