I completely disagree with this. He has his whole life ahead of him. This is called preparing your student-athletes for life after football.

Kudos to the athetic department for doing this for/with JJ. Boosing his confidence, giving him the chance to show that he can handle some pressure, giving him some experience being the spokesman for the team when there is no pressure/adversity (because even in a NC season, there are going to be some tough moments), and showing future recruits the experience that they can expect if they come to LSU.
