It doeznt look bad. The guy is an idiot. The police can easily get statements from players that were there, and they did. They didnt just decide yesterday they were going to come forward.

SAME OLE, SAME OLE
1) I have to defend JJ, If Lee wins the SEC west, or the SEC, or the BCS, I will be laughed off the board
2) or he becomes the grammar police
3) or he posts some half-baked pic, as if that matters in a debate
tiresome

what does Lee winning have to do with defending JJ?

That doesn't surprise me. You're not very bright.

Hoping he never takes another meaningful snap as LSU's QB ever again has nothing to do with hating or liking the kid. I can only speak for one person, but I had that wish LONG before he encountered his current legal troubles. I don't want to see him go to jail, nor do I want to see him lined up behind center again. It really is that simple.

seriously?
Its about being butthurt. Relentlessly defending a guys position on the team, that was hurting more than helping. It shows enormous lack of football IQ, or some other bias
Miles himself said Lee was the major reason that this team was being more successful. He needs to stop all the 'whats ifs'.

Right. Fair enough.
That isn't the position of some people. They actually want legal ramifications for Jefferson in order to prevent him from playing.

Dude, you make me laugh.
That is EXACTLY what is happening. How stupid are you?
The Shady4's side is being presented to the grand jury: the Shady4 and their witnesses will give their testimony to the grand jury.
Jefferson's side is being presented to the grand jury: Jefferson and his witnesses will give their sworn testimony to the grand jury.
Guess what that makes: Both Sides of the Case Will Be Presented to the Grand Jury

Let me remind youquote:Just Me? How bout just mediocre?
I am not 100% clear on the procedure followed in a grand jury.

No resolution by the grand jury — such as formal second degree battery charges being brought against Jefferson or the charges being lessened to misdemeanor simple battery or dropped all together — is anticipated today. A second grand jury hearing will likely be a week from today, and a possible third grand jury meeting may be needed to wrap it all up, East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore III said Tuesday.
"The sheer number of people who will be asked to testify is why we think the grand jury could meet two or three times," Moore said. "We have interviewed more than 20 people. Very few of those were not already interviewed by police. We want everyone that we've interviewed and have been interviewed by police with knowledge of what went on in the fight to testify under oath and under the potential penalty of perjury before a group of people."
Many of the witnesses are LSU football players. Jefferson is not expected to take the stand today, his lawyer Lewis Unglesby said.
"Our turn is next week," Unglesby said Tuesday. "Usually the defendant doesn't testify, but Jordan Jefferson has consistently held the same position. He's cooperated with everyone who has talked to him."

So Miles has an enormous lack of football IQ?

When he needed a win, who played? Why wasnt that player the starter? Isnt every game played to be won?
When he had no other choice, how much better has the team looked offensively?
I also said some other bias. Miles could fall there, too. Might not like Lee personally. I have no idea about their relationship

Really?
Well, the case was being presented to the GJ - that's a fact. Acknowledging that the case was being brought to the grand jury doesn't require expert knowledge of grand jury procedure.
For instance, I could start a thread "Delta Airplane will leave from BR and arrive in WV on Friday." Does that require that I have expert knowledge of aerodynamics?
