People continue to discuss the point that him coming back to the team will be some huge boost, and that he should be the starter.
I wish him no long term legal trouble. Hopefully this situation will be resolved for him around January 10th of 2012

I don't know about everything, but I do know if it was another case he would have treated it different. You don't think 2 times a day he looks at a battery or other petty case and says.
No physical evidence, video showing someone else kicking him on the ground, conflicting witness statements. The amount of time i would have to devote to even have a shot in this case is crazy, and if it does go to trial it will almost certainly be a loss on my record I can't win this case, hey you over there call up defense attorney, see if you can plea this case or drop the charges.

Thats what he wanted to do from day one, but then JJ hired the most ruthless defense attorney in town. Hillar makes that call now, Louis tells him that the case is going to trial and my defendant will win.

Just Me - I was wondering about the GJ verdict. You seem to be involved in the Legal system so I would like to ask you a question. Wiki says it takes 9 out of 12 to get an indictment, what happens if jury is split say (6 to 6,or 7 to 5)?

Dont ask JustMe. Hell, he argued that hearsay testimony is never allowed in GJ cases.
Until he was smoked by ppl asking who would be there to object.
