It shows how little the national recruiting analysts and the casual posters on her actually know. Some were comparing him to Percy Harvin. Those guys are obviously not in the same stratosphere at all.
________
Baloney. It does not show what you say. Everyone loved his tape. Things change. Projections fail for all kinds of reasons. Hindsight is 20/20!
By your logic, then if an analyst is correct about a player, even once, then that analyst must be an expert? Nope. It doesn't work that way.
Saban wanted Earle and got him out of high school. Does Saban know recruits?

I was obsessed with Jojo Earle's tape. I thought he was gonna be a beast. He just didnt translate.
I saw him play in person, and I felt the same way. He played for a three-time Texas state championship team and was the best player on the field.
In his senior year he won something called the Tom Landry Award for being the best player in the Dallas-Fort Worth area "who exhibits outstanding character and leadership."
So he wasn't some entitled punk. He just got lost in the wash at Alabama, and I have no clue why TCU couldn't use him. This is his third college.

I will admit I cried when Jojo Earle spurned lsu. Was wrong on him. He never did anything.
He did look elite in high school and at the time I said lsu needed a small shifty guy in the offense.
I was also the same way about Aaron Anderson and look at how he turned out.

Nick Saban, one of the greatest football coaches in the history of earth, wanted Jojo Earle. Yea we will give ChalkyWhite84 shite for melting down over missing Jojo Earle, but every expert coach in the nation wanted him on their team,
Don't make me bring up Seneca knight you motherfricker

I’m just joking chalky
What do you think his issue has been? I liked his tape too. He had some Oregon State Brandin Cooks in him.
He is still only 176 after 5 college off seasons. Might just be a play-strength issue

I know. I'm joking too.
He just looked small and not explosive. Almost a step behind in everything.
I honestly haven't watched him since bama.
