No it most certainly does not. Doesn’t fit, doesn’t match, if a professional nfl athlete looks ridiculous in clothes then it’s definitely the clothes. You couldn’t ask for a better canvas for fashion than a professional athlete and I would quite literally laugh at loud if I saw him or anyone else wearing that. I have nothing against fashion. The word fashion does not automatically mean good.
