We already established African Americans are by far more likely to be shot then whites.

Like I stated earlier. No year you listed had even twice as many white people killed by police then blacks. There are 5.8 times more whites in the country. That means statistically you are more likely to be shot by the police if you’re black.

Wow, first off I said you twisted your own original statement not mine. Secondly we didn’t establish anything, I posted the facts you tried to spin using a totally irrelevant number outside the target group we were talking about. Then you took that fake number and applied to all people as if we’re talking about random Police shooting random people walking around minding their own business. The entire narrative you keep driving at is a house of cards using selective and unrelated data to achieve false conclusions.

So are you claiming my math is wrong?
Posted on 5/29/20 at 11:42 pm to Baucoin1227
Yes because you’re using the wrong information. To get to where you want you need to first identify the numbers in terms of criminals and suspects. Thats where the shooting numbers are taken from. To add any more outside data just manipulates the information.

I guess I disagree with that because despite being cited more frequently for crimes, especially drug possession sometimes by a factor of 4, there is evidence that their white peers are not being cited and/or prosecuted at the same rate. That African Americans are 4x as likely to be cited for a crime when they only make up 13% of the population is a indicator of systemic racism to me.

But we’re not disagreeing buddy, you’re expanding on the discussion and I’m simply providing the numbers extrapolated from the study. For example the Floyd situation doesn’t fall into this study, he wasn’t shot, he wasn’t an at large criminal of any kind or a suspect under those conditions. So while what you’re getting at is a debate to be had I’m just telling you a big pillar of that debate is based off of a lie. I don’t mean to dismiss your point I’m just saying that it needs to be discussed clear of manipulation. For example you’ll never hear the fact that most police shootings involving black victims are performed by black officers. In 2015 alone 100 unarmed black men were shot and killed by black police officers. We won’t hear that because of an agenda attached to the real issue.

I love me some J B 9. He makes a valid point. He is saying that if an American citizen needs to be heard, then that citizen had a birthright to be heard. God bless Joe B and god bless America. Greatest country in the world ( my opinion) Just like the old campaign Bo Knows, well Jo Knows

Why shouldn’t he ask for help. Many members of the community need help. I feel bad for residents and business owners of the black neighborhoods that take up arms to keep their own property safe.
Innocent people shouldn’t be killed regardless of race. Cops need to be trained better. Unfortunately, if you commit any level of crime, you put your own well-being in the hands of someone else. Throw in the constant SJW presence and poor media representation, and this is the result.
Joe is a smart kid. Nothing he said is wrong. People need to realize though, that this issue is much deeper than racism.

Cop did bad
Cop arrested and charged
90% of the rioters don’t give a frick about the victim.
It’s an excuse to steal and loot.

If you polled all the rioters across the country 90% of them wouldn’t be able to tell you who George Floyd is.

iPodking - a you are now a confirmed racist and a pig of a human being. Burreaux continues to do and say things that that elevate him to superstardom. I am a massive supporter of law enforcement, but we have to realize and accept that there is way more than a few bad racist cops such as the ones that killed Floyd and are killing other blacks on a continued bases. It is dangerous for a black man to be stopped by a cop. Joe recognizes this, and also how powerful it is for a high profile white man to make the statement that he did. Way to go Joe.

Waiting for Joe to tweet about “condemning the violence by these animals”.
Even Obama called them “thugs and criminals “
Joe mentions “human rights” in his tweet.
Where’s the rights of these business owners whose lives have been destroyed by these aholes?
Some of these businesses owned by blacks!
Just a frickin excuse to steal a tv is all this is...

LSU fans already disown Reid Because of it, but will they do the same for their white championship QB?
I have no problem with Joe Burrow helping the fight for the black community.
Kneeling during our national anthem by Joe or anyone then they are nothing in my mind, so I would no longer be a Joe B fan
