Someone with a more technical understanding of the game could better explain this, but I don't think we see Joe Burrow at the height of his talent without Brady and what he did with the passing game and the training he put the receivers through.

A buddy of mine who lives and dies by LSU football for his entire 67 years of living has told me for 20 plus years that LSU's biggest drawback in not being a more elite team than they have been was because they never "coached up" a quarterback once he got on campus.
I told him a couple of weeks ago he finally got his wish.

One notable comment by Brady was where he watches NFL game films every Wed. nite , looking at every TD play. He picked up the TD pass play to Clyde just before half of the bama game on that Wed, inserted it into the game plan on Thursday, repped it once at that practice & then called it 11 seconds before half. That it was successful goes to his play calling and # 9 & # 22 being able to pick it that fast. Jefferson scored on a similar picked - up - from -the - NFL TD pass, too.
