another difference,

OU we blew out a team that was predicted to beat us

Tech we barely beat a team that we should have blown out.

yeah those comparisons don't work

ready4something - What a tool you are. We won. Lee will improve. His receivers dropped passes. He managed the game well. Please STFU.

If he don't get between 250-300yds as a senior QB vs a FCS team then I promise you we'll see a QB rotation again throughout the year.

This is just silly. We might only throw it 15 times against Northwestern. Ford and ware are going to tear them up. If we win by 40 and he ends up 10 of 15 for 150 with a TD and no int, I'm perfectly happy.

so if JJ won with the same stats, would the people defending Lee be defending JJ?

This is not about stats! What the frick is wrong with you rantards? Nearly every pass JL threw was catchable, and he didn't make any significant mistakes. When JJ had these stats he was throwing the ball late and wasn't very accurate. That's why people complained about JJ and are happy with Lee atm. When Lee plays badly I have complete faith that this board will rake him over the coals, but let's wait until that happens.

It was game one with a bunch of young receivers. They will improve quickly. When they do they will get more separation and make more catches. If Lee plays like he did Saturday his numbers will be much better.
