Yeah, they were treated horribly.
So, there has been NOTHING about this situation that has been tougher on Jefferson than the normal run of the mill citizen?
You are unable to concede even the most obvious statements. It makes your arguments come across as very weak.
This has not been handled typically by the PD. For you to not realize that says a lot.

you're completely missing my point. Sure people file charges all the time. But, it honestly doesn't go anywhere... it just so happen this time the witness (who is friends with this lowery kid) said that Jefferson & Johns were the people doing the beating.

the entire jefferson affair is ridiculous. Bar fights are seldom prosecuted because of one simple reason---- most of the witnesses are intoxicated and the burden of proof is proof beyond a reasonanble doubt. unglesby hit the nail on the head...if our DA does the right thing, he will dismiss or reduce the charges within the next week. jefferson made a mistake ....he is not a criminal ....besides, the brpd investigators have a reputation for rank stupidity

That is not going to happen. This is why i think his lawyer will not plea bargin, this makes it more likely the case will be dropped all together.
