I agree that Jordan and Josh should be suspended for a few games. What we know from the video Lowery is not the one being kicked, it appears it could be the driver of the truck. The truck drove away (he should have gone and it would have been over). From the report the witness said the driver of the truck said he had a gun. For all we know whomever kicked him could have felt threatened that he did have a gun. Nothing in the report that the police look for the gun in his truck and make sure he had a concealed weapon permit. It could be looked at two ways, the so called victims got specal treatment also with the one sided investigation that appears the BRPD did.

This is a huge helping of speculation based on things we don't know.

I dont have an opinion on if he will be reinstated or not. Dont change the subject or hit me with the preemptive projection.
