Debatable, but he is the starter and will be until injured. I have no doubt about that.

JJ doesn't turn the ball over. But 83 consecutive punts against Florida is equivalent to a JL pick 6 followed by a JL touchdown....I'll take JL any day

Im not sure if i should laugh or cry when i read someone post that JJ is CLEARLY better than JL.

JJ isnt clearly better than CG or TCMc.

Please go sell that shite somewhere else.

Matt Mauck threw 5 INT's in the 2003 Spring Game. How did that season turn out again? We are losing our heads over NOTHING! This proves NOTHING! Oh and the 40 sacks weren't entirely JJ's fault. Ciron was slow off the snap, T-bob was 100% and Josh D isn't that good.

Calm down guys. The Fall is a ways away.

Not according to TIGERLEE. They were all 100% JJ's fault. Even the sacks Lee took. . .you guessed it, JJ's fault.

It must suck for you to know that the undisputed starting QB ant LSU is Jordan Jefferson. Know what sucks for you more? That he is clearly the best we have right now.

It sucks for ALL of US that JJ is the starting QB because Miles is too damn hard headed to pull him when he continues to take sacks, run wide eyed, and flounder.
If he is the best we have, then yes.. that too sucks for ALL of US.
If JJ remains our starter, we will mirror this past season. I just wish he was a SR. this year.

The only difference from 08 and 09 was the QB. . .right?

Not me, I am happy with the choice for 2 reasons:

1) 2008

2) 09 La Tech game

but JJ has proven he can take care of the ball FAR better than Lee.

agreed...I've never once seen a ball thrown 10 yards out of bounds be intercepted.

do you not realize we could go back and forth with this shite all night?

how about we just agree to let coaches decide this summer and fall and hope that one of the two seperates himself.

Better a bad incompletion than a pick-6. . .

JJ clearly better????? Ummm how can anyone say that. You might THINK/BELEIVE he is better but how can anyone honestly say he is clearly better.

Ummmm... for your information. JL had better completion percentage than JJ when you look at the stats for the white team.

But on the other hand JL had better completion percentage than JJ when you look at the stats for the purple team.

Yet JJ is clearly better???

Oh I get it he is CLEARLY better no matter how crappy he looks. Now I see.

Well, thats all good... but here's why it sucks for me...
Because we need to be better than we were last year. We need to compete against the SEC's elite. And if we do that, than we will content for a BCS matchup in January. If we are content with anything less, than yes, a mirror image of last year's season would be just fine.
